    Creating an Assessment Report

    1. Click Reports on the left hand menus under the Tools menu.

     

     

     

    2. Select Create Assessment Report from drop-down menu.  Click OK button.

     

     

     

    3. Insert the Title name.  Select where (My Label) you have the Rubric (Assessment).  (In this sample, the TWS Rubric is located in the Rubrics label.)  The report will automatically appear once you have selected the Assessment.  If not, click View Report button.

     

     

     

    4. The queries in LiveText will allow you to customize your report.  Click Print View to get the printout of report.  Note: change Last Assessed query to Yes in order to run only the last assessment of each student.  Click View Report, once you have changed it.

     

     

     

    5. Clicking on the blue numbers allows you to view individual assessment.  Export to CSV/Excel allows you to export the specific rubric to spreadsheet format.

     

     

     

    6. Click Save button to save the report.  Note: the report is not initially saved; you have to do it manually.  Make sure to click Save, after changes have been made.
