1. Enter you Username and Password in LiveText at http://college.livetext.com
2. Click on “Forms” under Tools Menu on the left to access the Student Competency Form
3. Click on “Take Form” across from the forms you need to fill out *
4. When the form opens, enter your information in the areas specified
5. Click on
a. “Save Form”; when you want to come back to finish the form later **, or
b. “Submit Form”; when you finish the form ***
* The Student Teaching Competency Form should be available in you account. (If you do not see it, please contact cthanom1@lhup.edu ) The form may be labeled according to major academic area (i.e., elementary, math, science, English, social studies) or it may not have a label - but there will only be one Competency form.
** You MUST click "Save Form" button every time you enter new information (Many people miss this step.)
*** Be sure that you have entered all of the information. After clicking "Submit Form" button, you CANNOT come back to fill out the form later.
